Terms of Use
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Draft. These terms will be reviewed before Unisept opens to the public.
Welcome
Unisept is a place for creatives in Kurdistan, Iraq and beyond to show their work and find each other. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old. Give true information about yourself, keep your password private, and use one account per person. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
Your work stays yours
You keep all rights to the photos, videos, audio and text you share. You give Unisept permission to store and show them on the platform so people can see your profile and portfolio. If you delete something, we stop showing it.
Only share what you have the right to share
Post only your own work, or work you have permission to share, and credit the people you worked with. Don’t post other people’s private information.
Be respectful
No harassment, hate, threats, spam, scams, nudity or sexual content, or pretending to be someone else. Anyone can report content that breaks these rules; our team reviews reports.
What we can do
To keep Unisept safe we may remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or close accounts that break them repeatedly or seriously. The Verified badge is given by the Unisept team and can be removed.
The service
Unisept is new and keeps changing. We work hard to keep it running and your work safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of your work.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we’ll tell you in the app before they apply.
